I have been with this surgery for 15yrs + , I will never forget my 1st appointment with Dr Ross, my mental health was not good and due to me getting upset and tearful the doctor kept me in the consultation room until I was feeling ok. Any time I go the consultation is always thorough even with a locum. I like to see Dr Ross but as she is not always in the surgery I ask what days she will be working and I phone on the morning, otherwise I just take whatever doctor is on duty. I don't know of any doctor surgeries that get good reviews since COVID everything has turned on its head.
