Dr failed to spontaneously apologise for seeing me 25 minutes late
Surgery website states to be on time as this impacts on other patients
I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment time , was seen by said dr 25 minutes late
No acknowledgement he was running late , no apology offered until I brought this up. He clearly took offence to this being raised and the whole consultation was challenging and uncomfortable due to his lack of care and ability to communicate effectively rather than recognising a simple apology was warranted. He told me at the end it was standard practice for clinicians to run late 40 minutes at the surgery and I should expect this- but he expected me to turn up on time - very negative experience from such a junior clinician
