"thoughtful and patient-focused approach. Patients are encouraged to share their experiences" ...NOT my experience at all. He needs to learn to listen & actually be "patient- focused" rather than just typing out a prescription. He also needs to cope better with patients challenging his decisions. Reading a patient's notes could also be helpful!
