Its disappointing to see all these good things said about the man and to have only seen the opposite from them. They've diminished, down played and out right lied to me about a serious injury so that I went away without needing further support. They said there was no treatment options for a condition I had and "get used to it" was my only option. I had to find out myself months later that there are several options and that they had lied to my face.
