I've spoken to Dr Ding many times over the phone and have found him to be very caring, thoughtful and professional. He is one of the nicest Doctors I have meet and his matter always makes me feel reassured and cared for. This image was backed up on my first face to face appointment. He didn't rush things, he really listened to me and never made me feel I was wasting his time. Overall a really lovely caring Doctor
